The Mom in Balance fitness program is specially developed for women during pregnancy and for an efficient recovery after childbirth, in cooperation with multiple disciplines.
Moreover, the classes are a combination of strength & cardio and also incorporate exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor. Mom in Balance offers an invigorating outdoor class environment focusing on mental as well as physical fitness designed to build a strong life foundation for new motherhood.
